Instead of being a traditional venture capital firm that only injects money, Valkiv Ventures operates as an operational owner and technology builder. What does Valkiv Ventures do?
The company is headquartered in Stockholm and we focus exclusively on building and investing in next-generation digital infrastructure, RegTech (regulatory technology), financial software, and DeepTech.
Our philosophy is to develop our platforms without shortcuts and all data must be exact and traceable to pass regulatory audits (globally).

ExploreWorldAI: The deterministic search engine and multilingual GraphRAG platform for EU law (including the AI Act).
Valkiv AB: A digital end-to-end infrastructure and a secure legal vault for documents, estate inventories, and corporate liquidations.
Preventum Labs: A platform for risk intelligence and AI-driven fraud control for banks and insurance companies. Among other achievements, the company was named the overall winner in the prestigious Mastercard Lighthouse innovation program.
Bondgovernance: A platform used as one governance layer for the full secured‑bond lifecycle: pre‑issuance due diligence, closing conditions, and continuous covenant and collateral surveillance.
Omhu & GlobalLeads: Platforms focused on real estate data and global capital matching, respectively.
With these products, Valkiv Ventures spearheads "safe AI", meaning systems where companies can utilize advanced technology without worrying about incorrect data or broken source chains.
