Angel Prize Summit & Dinner 2025

With everything going on in the world and with AI, LLM, CLI, MCP and all the other fancy abbreviations we use, things move fast. Maybe one of the fastest things around is, of course The Nordic startup scene. It is hard to keep up but I want to focus on those who make it easier, not to keep up, haha, but the activities to keep the community strong and flourishing.

One of those initiatives is the Angel Prize in Stockholm, Sweden. I was invited to attend Angel Prize, which really brought into focus why community and communication are so important. It’s a forum that gathers the people actually moving or keep trying to move the needle in our region, angels, founders and decision-makers.

For me, the most interesting part is where those honest perspectives come out. Listening to unicorn founders and investors talk about the demographic shifts, obstacles and capital realignment we’re seeing right now makes it clear that the choices being made today will set the standards and course for the next decade of innovation.

During the dinner, I had the opportunity to sit with some really inspiring people. One of whom accepted an award.
